One of the cool things about developing with Flash Lite is keeping up with all of the cool new devices that are coming out all the time. The downside is that there is no replacement for testing on the actual devices themselves, which can obviously get rather expensive over time. The Ludicrous Software stable of devices is really very small at the moment, since I’m trying to just get ‘representative’ devices on which to test. It’s worked out pretty well so far.
Having said that, there’s no way I can justify getting any of these ‘mobile devices’ for testing: Calsoft has licensed the Flash player from Adobe to incorporate it into the visors of automobiles. Although I’m curious to find out what fscommand2() will support! :)
